Leadership
Organisers, strategists, and the people who build the systems.
UpNorth Ambassadors is driven by a team with complementary expertise across mobilisation, field operations, communications, strategy and digital technology.
Our leadership structure combines national coordination with zonal and state-level networks, enabling the movement to translate strategy into coordinated grassroots action across Northern Nigeria.

Beneath the core team
Zonal and state networks, then LGA and ward.
The four roles above are the coordinating layer. The movement itself is the state chapters, the LGA coordinators and the ward organisers, and almost everything that happens, happens there.

There is a role in your state.
State chapters, LGA coordinators and ward organisers are how this movement actually works. Tell us where you are and what you can run.
